Specifications

All doors/drawers are shipped unfinished, unless otherwise requested. All images used on this web site are for illustration purposes only. Unless you've specifically requested our finishing services, you (the customer) are responsible for the painting, staining, and/or finishing of all products ordered. Order by outside door dimensions only, not the opening of the hole. All measurements will be in 1/16” and always give the width first and height second. Standard door style and rails are 2 ¼” unless otherwise requested. Tolerance of finished wood doors is plus or minus 1/8th inch. Wood specifications; see wood species and grades. Select must be requested otherwise doors are manufactured with all wood characteristics in place. Glass frame grid work is 1 ¼ inches and are routed out for individual panes. All doors over 24 inches in width or 48 inches in height will be made as double panel doors unless otherwise directed. No single panel door over 24 inches wide or 48 inches tall will be guaranteed. Minimum door sizes must be strickly adhered to.

Warranty

Advantage Cabinet Doors warrants all standard wood doors and drawer fronts for one year from the date of shipment against defects, faulty material, and workmanship. Natural characteristics such as grain pattern, mineral streaks, pinpricks, knots, and burls will not be considered defects. Color select or select orders are not warranted for exact matches. All finished products such as paint or stain are not warranted for exact color. Although a specific Sherwin-Williams code may be used to determine color it is impossible to get exact matches when paints or stains are mixed in different stores therefore we do not warranty color on finished products. This warranty provides for the replacement, within 30 days, of the door or drawer front only that was manufactured by Advantage Cabinet Doors and not for any other expenses incurred. These include shipping and finishing services that are contracted out by Advantage Cabinet Doors. Damages incurred during shipment by common carrier are the responsibility of the carrier and are not covered under this warranty. Advantage Cabinet Doors will void any warranty of unfinished or raw wood products or doors that have not had the proper sealants applied within 14 days of original shipment to the customer. Slab doors or drawers and any single panel door over 48 inches tall or 22 inches wide are not warranteed against warping. Since all items are custom built to individual customer specifications no items can be returned for a refund. There are no other warranties of any kind expressed or implied with regard to Advantage Cabinet Doors.

Shipping Information

Orders are generally shipped between 10-15 business days dependant upon the door style chosen. Holiday schedules and unforeseen natural occurrences could delay shipment in some cases. All products are shipped via common carrier and we continually work to get the best service, pricing, and delivery options available to us. Our cabinet doors are packaged to prevent damage, however sometimes damage does occur. Upon delivery a quick inspection (before the delivery person leaves) should be made of the cabinet doors especially if the packaging seems to be damaged in any way. Most common carriers will not pay for damages they consider to be “hidden”. Any damages observed during inspection must be written out in detail on the delivery form and acknowledged by the delivery person’s signature. You should maintain a copy of the shipping document and a copy must either be faxed or mailed to us within 24 hours of delivery noting any damages. Although Advantage Cabinet Doors is not responsible for damages incurred during shipment we will work hard with you and the delivery service to resolve any claim you may have with them. Keep damaged goods and packaging/container for Freight Company’s inspection.
